Gretchen Archambault
Gretchen is a certified group trainer at Arch Fitness and has been part of this amazing community since shortly after inception. She is also a full-time Realtor —but no matter which hat she is wearing, her passion for helping others reach their goals is what drives her.
Gretchen resides locally with her husband and two children, and when she is not working with clients or showing homes, you’ll find her traveling, enjoying great food, or spending time with family and fur babies—Boxer, Laila, and three Maine Coon cats: Talullah, Svetlanna, and Alexi.
Gretchen has always loved being active. She played competitive sports through college and continued at the national level afterward.
What makes Arch Fitness special? It’s more than just a gym—it’s a supportive, welcoming community for all fitness levels. There’s a strong emphasis on hard work, and fun. Our workouts are dynamic and ever-changing, designed to keep you engaged and challenged without feeling repetitive. Most importantly, you’ll see real results while being part of something that feels like family.
Gretchen is a graduate of Norwich University and speaks 2 languages, English/ Spanish… and she says she has the best music at the gym!

Taliah Williams
Taliah is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Teacher’s Aid at Spaulding Elementary School and has been a Fitness instructor at Arch Fitness for more than 6 years.
A native of Boston, MA, Taliah has been active in dance and movement since the age of 5. After dancing and performing professionally for more than 20 years, she then embraced fitness instruction as a way to reach a broader audience and inspire movement in people at various ages and fitness levels.
In addition to the group classes, Taliah also runs the Kids Fit Camp (KFC) and other small group fitness trainings for local youth athletic programs. KFC was inspired by Taliah’s 2 children AJ and JJ, who are competitive athletes both in high school and on the collegiate level. Taliah realizes the importance of keeping kids active and what it does for their confidence as well as giving them a competitive edge on and off the athletic fields.
Whether working with youth, competitive athletes, young adults, or more mature individuals, she fully appreciates the importance of movement at all stages of our lives. “At the end of the day, we truly are training for life.”
